Whether I am working out on my own or with Terrence Fight Club, I add a lil jump rope. Packing a speed rope when you travel is perfect for those hotels with limited fitness facilities. I’ve had to travel for work quite a bit over the last couple months and I’m getting really close to mastering this skipping rope game. (Well, that’s what I’m telling myself!) But I need a dope beat to put in the WORK. I’m sharing my fave tracks from January to hopefully inspire you to jump on board the 30 Day Better Body Challenge and add this cardio to your regimen.
