Have you seen those memes that say “you’re either feeding a disease or fighting one”? I love that one. Before I dive all the way into nutrition over the next few posts, I want you to take a look at your eating habits.
Like any year, 2017 had its ups and downs. I experienced some extreme lows, periods of major discomfort and too many “WTF?!” moments to mention. But the highs far outweighed the lows and I’ve gained some peace of mind from the lessons life threw my way in 2017.
